We offer different types of adventures in several carefully selected locations:
• Crabbing in Nehalem, Netarts and Garabaldi
• River Fishing for Salmon, Trout, and Steelhead on the North Coast (Fall, Winter, Spring)
• Salmon Fishing in Nehalem Bay, Tillamook Bay, and Astoria
Kyle Uptegrove has been fishing the rivers on the North Oregon Coast for over 20 years. You can be sure that he knows all the best fishing spots and can help you have a memory-making adventure.
Explore the North Coast rivers in a 17’ Fishcraft drift boat or a 14’ Aire Raft.
For groups of up to 3. We can often accommodate larger groups with notice.
Fish the bays and big water in Kyle’s 23’ Alumaweld Columbia.
For groups of up to 6. We can often accommodate larger groups with notice.
Top-of-the-line gear and bait are provided, including Shimano reels and G. Loomis rods, with either live bait or artificial lures.
Fishing Power Boat Rates:
$250 / seat
(Minimum 2 people)
Power Boat Group Exclusive Rental:
$1000
(This is for groups of 4 or less that would like the entire boat for their party only. This ensures that I will not book additional people on your day of fishing even if I have available seats.)
Fishing Drift Boat and Raft Rates:
$500 for 2 seats
Half Day:
$400 for 2 Seats
Crabbing:
$150 / seat
(5-hour hour trip; 3 people minimum.)
A $50 deposit is required per person per day to reserve your date(s). Remaining charter fees are to be paid with CASH or CHECK to Pacific Roots Adventures after your charter. Gratuities are customary.
A 7-day advance notice for all cancellations is required for a full refund. If you cancel within 7 days you will lose your deposit.
Cancellation due to extreme weather conditions will be determined only when the safety of the client is at risk. In these cases, deposits will be refunded or held to reserve a rescheduled date.
